The Anti-Corruption Bureau court has postponed the hearing on Telugu Desam Party chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu's house remand petition until tomorrow, Tuesday. Today, the court carefully considered arguments from both sides in three separate sessions. Lawyers representing each party presented their cases strongly. After reviewing the arguments, the ACB court announced that it will issue a decision on Tuesday. AAG (Additional Advocate General) Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy, representing the Criminal Investigation Department, and Siddhartha Luthra, representing Chandrababu, presented their arguments regarding the house remand petition. The discussions occurred in three phases, before and after lunch, at 4:30 pm, and again at 6 pm. Sudhakar Reddy argued that Chandrababu Naidu would have better security in prison compared to house remand, as there could be a risk of tampering with evidence if he remains at home.
