Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has announced the forthcoming inauguration of a temple, a mosque, and a church within the premises of the Telangana State Secretariat on August 25. This decision aligns with the government's commitment to religious equality and reflects the inclusive principles enshrined in the Indian Constitution. The move aims to strengthen the state's ethos of communal harmony and promote its unique 'Ganga Jamuni Tehzeeb' (composite culture). The Chief Minister, after consulting with religious leaders, has chosen a date acceptable to all. The religious places will be accessible to Secretariat employees for their respective rituals during festivities.
