Mahabubabad: In a shocking incident, a 13-year-old boy recently made a daring attempt to rob a State Bank of India (SBI) branch in Bayyaram, Mahabubabad district. The young boy, whose identity remains undisclosed due to legal reasons, managed to break into the bank premises but failed to secure any money during his unauthorized entry. According to the CCTV footage, the boy, armed with a shovel, forcibly gained access to the bank by breaking the lock of a rear door that was reinforced with grills. Once inside, he scoured through the tables and drawers in search of cash, only to be left disappointed by his fruitless endeavour. The incident came to light when a sweeper, reporting for duty the following morning, discovered the broken locks and alerted the authorities. Local police swiftly responded to the scene, launching a thorough investigation into the incident. During the investigation, the young suspect claimed that he had been coerced into the robbery attempt by an
