In response to the letter, YSRCP leaders have thrown their weight behind Padmanabham, while TDP representatives are backing Kalyan. TDP MLC Buddha Venkanna has responded to Padmanabham's allegations, issuing a rebuttal in the form of ten questions that challenge Padmanabham's remarks. Venkanna also raised a pointed question concerning Padmanabham's silence on the Kapu reservation issue, a significant subject within the local political landscape. Simultaneously, YSRCP Ministers and MLAs held a press conference expressing their support for Padmanabham. However, Jogi Ramesh, a senior leader from YSRCP and State Minister, dismissed the contents of the controversial letter as baseless. In the face of this political maelstrom, Jana Sena leaders have begun to publicly criticize Padmanabham's letter, alleging he is orchestrating drama in hopes of securing a parliamentary or legislative seat from Chief Minister Jagan.
