Hyderabad: A local court in Korba district has issued an order to register an FIR against Sandeep Kumar Jha, a 2014 batch IAS officer of Telangana cadre. The officer's wife has accused him of domestic violence, dowry harassment. Originally hailing from Darbhanga district in Bihar, Jha is facing serious allegations made by his wife. The complaint was initially lodged by Jha's wife with the Korba Superintendent of Police (SP), citing the aforementioned offenses. Dissatisfied with the alleged inaction of the police, she subsequently approached the court seeking intervention. The court has now directed the Korba Civil Line police station to register an FIR against Jha based on the allegations made by his wife.
