Kamareddy: Tension gripped Pitlam Mandal in Kamareddy as a leopard was spotted roaming near an electricity substation, escalating concerns among the local residents. Employees at the Chinnakodapagal electricity substation reported sighting the leopard and managed to capture its movements on a mobile camera. Upon being alerted by the locals, forest officials were informed about the presence of the leopard in the vicinity of the substation. The staff working at the substation were understandably frightened by the unexpected visitor. Forest department officials swiftly arrived at the scene and commenced an investigation into the matter. In an effort to reassure the public, officials urged them to remain vigilant.
