Srisailam: In a tragic incident, a tourist bus carrying 20 devotees from the Sandrugunda area of Bhadradri Kothagudem to Srisailam overturned on the Nallamala Ghat road on Saturday. According to the sources, The bus was en route to Srisailam Darshan when it lost control and overturned while travelling on the ghat road. Eyewitnesses reported that there were 20 passengers on board at the time of the accident. After receiving the information, the police rushed to the spot and indulged in rescue operations. It is learnt that 10 passengers were injured severely and some suffered broken arms and legs. The injured were immediately shifted to Srisailam and Sunnipenta hospitals for treatment. The police registered a case and an investigation is underway.
