Khammam: YS Sharmila, the supremo of the YSRTP and sister of Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, fell ill during her visit to Khammam district in Telangana to assess the damage caused by heavy rains. The incident occurred on Sunday at Tanikella village in Konijerla Mandal. Sharmila's visit was focused on inspecting the crop loss, which has severely impacted farmers in the region. While interacting with farmers, she suddenly collapsed and complained of discomfort. However, the quick actions of locals helped Sharmila to recover from the episode. It is believed that she fell ill due to sunstroke.
