New Delhi: The COVID-19 pandemic has resurged across the country, with many people being affected by the virus once again. Unfortunately, even the country's top judicial officials have not been spared, with four Supreme Court judges currently suffering from COVID-19. These judges include Justices Aniruddha Bose, S Ravindra Bhat, JB Pardiwala, and Manoj Misra. Justice Surya Kant had recently recovered from the virus, but now four more judges have contracted it. Justice Bhat was part of the five-judge Constitution Bench that was hearing the same-sex marriage case in the Supreme Court until Thursday. The Constitution Bench was supposed to resume hearing arguments on Monday, but unfortunately, it has been called off due to the medical emergency caused by the COVID-19 situation. Justice Kaul will not be holding court on Monday due to the same reason.
