The long-awaited anthem of Ponniyin Selvan, the upcoming film directed by Mani Ratnam, has finally been released. Sung by Hariharan, Benny Dayal, and Nabyla Maan, the power-packed single highlights the valour of the Chola dynasty with lyrics by Siva Ananth. The team released a sneak peek of the song today, which is set to release in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi. Ponniyin Selvan features a star-studded cast with Vikram, Trisha, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Karthi, and Jayam Ravi in the lead roles. The period film also boasts a huge supporting cast that includes Sarathkumar, Parthiban, Sobhita Dhulipala, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Ashwin Kakumanu, Prakash Raj, Lal, Prabhu, and Vikram Prabhu, among others. The film will be released in both IMAX and 4DX formats, marking the first south Indian film to do so.
