Hyderabad: In a shocking incident, a cab driver was beaten, robbed and carjacked by two passengers in Pahadishareef on Wednesday night. According to the sources, the driver picked the two men at Shamshabad airport and, at an isolated place near Balapur, the accused got from the car and attacked the driver with a knife. Later, they robbed his phone and drove away with his car. It is learnt that the driver took help from a passerby and called the police who took him to a hospital. Police have reportedly taken one person into custody who had booked the cab.
