Hyderabad: While the number of corona cases is rising across the country, certain districts in Telangana state, such as Hyderabad, Rangareddy, and Karimnagar, are reporting a significant increase in cases. Despite the state ranking 12th in terms of the total number of cases, doctors warn that the virus is spreading rapidly in certain districts. Over the past two weeks, the three aforementioned districts have been recording the highest number of COVID-19 cases in Telangana state, with the Corona positivity rate increasing from 0.5% to 2%. Presently, out of every hundred people in these districts, four have tested positive for COVID-19. Therefore, officials in these districts must prioritize measures to prevent the spread of the virus.
