Tense Situation at Sharmila's House: YS Sharmila Falls Down in Stampede-Like Situation.
The police stopped YS Sharmila, who intended to visit Osmania Hospital to observe the problems faced by the people there, resulting in a tense situation. During the chaos that ensued, Sharmila fell down in the midst of the stampede. The president of YSR Telangana party, Sharmila, accused CM KCR of being a dictator who has failed to fulfill any of his promises. She claimed that people who stand with the citizens are being placed under house arrest, as was the case with Revanth Reddy and Bandi Sanjay recently.
Sharmila expressed her disappointment that KCR has not fulfilled his promise to construct towers costing Rs. 200 crore near Osmania Hospital. She further alleged that there is no democracy in the state, and that people's parties are unable to fight for the rights of the citizens. Sharmila stated that despite the voices of the people being heard, arrests are still being made.
Sharmila appealed to the Prime Minister, Union Home Minister, and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to take note of the issues plaguing Telangana.
