New Delhi: The Supreme Court has dismissed BRS MLC Kavitha's plea for an early hearing of her petition in relation to the ED probe in Delhi liquor scam case. According to the sources, Kavitha had requested an exemption from appearing before the ED due to the provisions of Section 160 of CRPC for women in investigations. However, Kavitha's request was denied, and she was issued another notice to appear on the 20th of this month. Kavitha had filed a petition in the Supreme Court, which was rejected, and the hearing is scheduled for the 24th of this month.
