Hyderabad: A police constable under the influence of alcohol caused a major disturbance on the Kotwalguda Outer Ring Road, Shamshabad. The incident According to the sources, the constable, identified as G Raja Mallaiah working at the airport police station, was allegedly drinking alcohol on duty and stopping his car in the middle of the road and demanding money from the passers.
