On Sunday, Chief Justice of India D.Y. Chandrachud visited the Brahmaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy temple in Srisailam, Andhra Pradesh, to offer prayers. The CJI, accompanied by his wife Kalpana Das, performed Rudrabhishekam and had darshan at the famous temple. Supreme Court Judge Justice P.S. Narasimha and his wife Satyaprabha also accompanied the CJI during his visit. Later, Chandrachud and his wife visited the Ratnagarbha Ganpati Swamy temple and performed Kumkumarchana at the Brahmarambha Devi temple. The couple was blessed by priests and Veda pundits, who also presented them with holy offerings. Additionally, temple officials gifted them photographs of the deities as a token of their visit.
