Driver, co-passengers throw 10-month-old from cab, mother molested
Maharashtra: In a horrifying incident, a ten-month-old girl died after a few miscreants allegedly threw her from a moving cab and molested her mother and incident took place on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad highway in Palghar district, Maharashtra on Saturday morning.
According to the sources, the woman stated that she boarded a cab with other passengers from Pelhar to Poshere in Wada tehsil and alleged that the cab driver and other passengers molested the woman.
She alleged that they threw the baby from the speeding cab after she resisted them and jumped out of the cab to rescue her baby but in vain. It is learnt that the baby died on the spot and she sustained injuries. The police registered a case and arrested the accused cab driver.
