Hyderabad: Telangana High Court on Thursday granted conditional bail to the three accused in the TRS MLAs poaching case accused. On Thursday, the court heard the plea filed by the accused Nandu, Simhayaji and Ramachandra Bharathi and granted bail to them with the condition of Rs 3 lakh personal bond with sureties. The Court also ordered the accused to appear before the SIT every Monday and cooperate with the investigation. The court also asked them to surrender their passports at the police station. The High Court also directed the accused not to influence the witnesses in the case.
