The day following Dussehra, on Thursday, the Alai Balai programme is being hosted in Hyderabad. Mega Star Chiranjeevi was visited by Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya and President Vijayalakshmi of the Alai Balai Foundation. They kindly invited Chiranjeevi to the Alai Balai ceremony tomorrow at the Nampally exhibition ground. The main guest for the celebration will be megastar Chiranjeevi. Dattatreya stated, "We want to honor Chiranjeevi at the function." Chiranjeevi expressed his happiness at meeting them and at receiving an invitation to the occasion. For the past 17 years, on the occasion of Vijayadashami, Bandaru Dattatreya has been organising the Alai-Balai celebration, a representation of Telangana's culture and traditions.
