On Monday, the Telangana High Court imposed interim orders banning music from Hyderabad bars after 10 o'clock. No music should be played in pubs and bars between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., according to the High Court's order, which is in effect as of right now. Loudspeakers are only permitted up to the allotted limit in accordance with the City Police Act and the Noise Pollution Regulation and Control Act. No sound system will be permitted after the designated hours, according to the High Court. The High Court also took significant notice and questioned how, in accordance with the Excise Rules, pubs could be located near residences and educational facilities. On what grounds permission was given to the pubs to operate in residential zones, the Excise Department was instructed to prepare a counterclaim. The High Court also ruled that only alcoholic beverages should be offered in bars at night.
