Actor Krishnam Raju from Tollywood passed away on Sunday as a result of health issues. Director Ram Gopal Varma has asked the members of the Telugu cinema industry to put a short-term stop to filming as a sign of respect for the late renowned actor Krishnam Raju. Ram Gopal Varma, who posted a series of tweets on Sunday night to express his sorrow over the death of rebel star Krishnamraju, said: "It's a shame that Telugu Film Industry is such a selfish place where a famed actor and producer who produced films like Bhakta Kannappa, Katakatala Rudriah, Bobbili Brahmanna, and Tandra Paparayaudu has expired, but they don't even declare a holiday.
