Nandyal: YSRCP leader reportedly occupied a government school and turned it into his residence. According to the reports, a YSRCP leader allegedly encroached a government school which was constructed for tribal in Panyam, Nandyal district. It is said that in 2013 the government constructed a school building worth Rs 5.30 lakh for Chenchu tribal students at Indira Nagar, Panyam. Sources said that the school was closed due to less number of students and shifted to another place. It is learnt that the YSRCP leader illegally occupied the school and modified the building and is residing in it. The villagers are requesting the officials to take serious action against the leader.
