Amalapuram: Tension escalated among the residents of Peruru village, Amalapuram Mandal after a few villagers found smoke with heat emerging from the ground. The incident took place in Peruru Lankathota, Amalapuram, Konaseema district. According to the reports, a few villagers on Monday morning observed smoke emerging at an electric pole and informed the news to the officials. After getting the information, the officials rushed to the spot and tried to chase the reason behind the incident. Recently, smoke with heat emerged in T.Kothapalli village, I Polavaram Mandal during the flood time.
