A man was detained for reportedly threatening Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif on social media with death. After filing the case with the Santacruz Police Station, the police had already begun an investigation. The threat against the pair, according to the police, was posted on Instagram, and the person is currently detained based on IP address. The lawsuit was brought after the celebrity couple submitted a complaint alleging that they had received threats on the social media site and that the man had been stalking Kaif. The Indian Penal Code (IPC) Sections 506-II (criminal intimidation) and 354-D are among the provisions that Manvinder Singh, according to police sources, was charged with (stalking). Additionally, a case has been filed by the police under the IT Act. In December 2021, Kaif and Kaushal got married.
