It is an action thriller in which actor Sasikumar has established himself as a famous representative of Tamil culture and original content. In this film, Parvathy Arun portrays the female lead, and JD Chakravarthy plays the antagonist. According to some reports, the title of the film is inspired on the names of Gods. 'Kaari' is called after the Gods Ayyanar and Karuppasamy, who are regarded as the embodiment of bravery. This film is directed by Hemanth and financed in its entirety by S Lakshman Kumar of Prince Pictures.
