Vikram has eclipsed Baahubali 2's 5-year-old record in the state of Tamil Nadu, becoming the first Tamil film to reach the Rs. 150 crore club at the box office. The film's 15-day run finished at Rs. 151 crores, and it topped the lifetime receipts of Bahubali 2 in Tamil Nadu on Saturday evening. The film's creators have released the film's all-time record in the form of a promotional video. Vikram is also the highest-grossing Tamil film of all time, surpassing the receipts of Bigil (Rs. 141 crores). It is to be seen which film challenges this record.
