Virata Parvam, the latest Telugu film starring Sai Pallavi and Rana Daggubati, was released in theatres on Friday. Virata Parvam is a period drama set in the early 1990s that is based on true events. The film's makers have released a making-of video in which Pallavi's character Vennela, a naive woman, falls in love with Daggubati's character Ravanna simply by reading his poems. She conflicts with her family and departs her village in order to locate Ravanna and profess her emotions for him. Ravanna, on the other hand, is a Naxal leader. He is far too determined to be in a love relationship.
