JP Nadda slams CM YS Jagan led YSRCP Govt

JP Nadda, the BJP's national president, visited Andhra Pradesh on Monday as part of the party's organisational strengthening effort in the state, as well as festivities planned across the country to mark the conclusion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's eight-year mandate.

JP Nadda, speaking at the BJP Shaktikendra Sammelan in Vijayawada, lambasted the Jaganmohan Reddy government for promoting central initiatives as its own. The party leaders were required to personally explain to the people the benefits of the central programmes. He explained how PM Modi has been assisting farmers through the 'Kisan Samman Nidhi' scheme. He stated that the state has 46,000 polling booths and instructed his party cadre to go to the field level to strengthen the party.
