Chris Gayle and AB de Villiers have been the first two players to be inducted into the Royal Challengers Bangalore Hall of Fame. Former RCB captain Virat Kohli made the announcement about AB de Villiers and Chris Gayle's inductions. From 2011 until 2021, South African great de Villiers was an integral component of the RCB, while West Indian left-handed hitter Gayle played with the team for six years. In a special evening organised by the RCB management, Kohli has praised two cricketers' performances and his involvement with them over the IPL's history.
