Telangana Intermediate Board Announces Sankranthi Holidays

The Telangana Intermediate Board has officially announced holidays for the Sankranthi festival, granting a four-day break for all intermediate colleges in the state. According to the statement, the holidays will begin on January 13 and conclude on January 16. The colleges are set to reopen on January 17.

In its notification, the board issued clear instructions to colleges, emphasizing that no classes should be conducted during the designated holiday period. The board warned that strict action would be taken against any institution found violating this directive.

With the four-day Sankranthi holiday falling from January 13 to 16, and the preceding regular holidays on January 11 (Second Saturday) and January 12 (Sunday), intermediate colleges will remain closed for a total of six consecutive days.
