Kranti and Kalpana have two daughters, and four months ago, they married their elder daughter to Mallikarjun, a resident of Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. Since this was Mallikarjun’s first visit to their home for Sankranti after the wedding, the in-laws decided to offer him a grand welcome by preparing a wide variety of Telangana dishes.
