AP capital needs just 7242 acres: Palle & Ravela

Hyderabad, March 8: Andhra Pradesh government actually needs 7242 acres for the construction of government building in the core capital region and the balance of the land to be acquired under the land pooling act was to be developed as urban infrastructure for the sake of public. AP Ministers Ravela Kishore and Dr Palle Raghunatha Reddy clarified this to media persons today. Slamming YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy for giving a distroted view of the land pooling issue, the two ministers said Jagan was an anti-development force. They further said that people had rejected Jagan as a politician. The minister said that while Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu's government was aiming to build a world-class capital, the Opposition leader Jagan was attempting to scuttle the same and foil the government's development agenda. However, the ministers had no answer when asked as to why the Telugu Desam Party was now talking about just '7000 acres' soon after actor and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan entred the scene.
