Kodanda Ram forming farmers' JAC

Hyderabad, March 7, 2015: In a new embarrassment to Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhara Rao, political JAC chairman Prof Kodanda Ram has announced that he is going to form a state level farmers' Joint Action Committee to fight for their rights. "We are forming farmers' JAC. It will have no political affiliations. The first public meeting of the farmers' JAC will be held at Parigi Market Yard in the last week of March, " he told reporters here today. Kodanda Ram appealed to farmers to participate in the public meeting in large numbers and make it successful. However, Kodanda Ram did not elaborate on the agenda to be followed by the farmers' JAC.
