Nellore man to take on Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi assembly elections

New Delhi, Jan 28, 2015: A Telugu man from Nellore district in AP is now a prominent rival to AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal in his New Delhi constituency in the forth coming Delhi Assembly elections. Kandukuru Sunil Kumar , hailing from Venkatachalam Mandal, has filed his nomination papers as an independent candidate and the Election officials have accepted his nomination. Sunil Kumar's father is working in AP Bhavan for several years and is prominent among the local Telugus numbering around 10,000 in the constituency. "I am personally meeting all Telugu people and others from our neighbouring states Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Telangana, They will all vote for me," he told reporters during the process of his campaign. He said officials are not caring to solve the problems of the people in the New Delhi constituency." If elected, I will work for the development of the constituency." The other main rivals for Arvind Kejriwal are Kiran Bedi of BJP and Ajay Maken of the Congress.
