Tamils protest outside Salman Khan's house in Mumbai
Mumbai, Jan 4, 2015: Hundreds of Tamils on Sunday held a demonstration opposite the residence of Bollywood actor Salman Khan here protesting against his campaign on behalf of Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapakse in the country's presidential elections. Raising slogans and holding placards, the protesters cursed him for undertaking the campaign. As the crowds swelled leading to tension, police swooped on them and took the organizers into custody.
