Sydney siege gunman's partner's bail revoked

Sydney, Dec 22: An Australian court Monday revoked the bail given to the partner of the Sydney siege gunman who last week stormed a Sydney cafe and sparked a 16-hour hostage crisis that left three people, including him, dead. Amirah Droudis, the partner of the Sydney siege gunman Man Haron Monis, had her bail revoked after being deemed an "unacceptable risk" by a magistrate, ABC News reported. The director of public prosecutions (DPP) asked for Droudis's bail to be reviewed following last week's siege at Lindt Chocolat Cafe in Sydney's central business district. Droudis has been charged with murdering Monis's ex-wife, Noleen Hayson Pal. Droudis is due to appear in court Feb 22, 2015.
