Telangana High Court issues notice to Transport Minister Puvvada on BJP's activist's suicide
The High Court said it should respond to those notices within two weeks. The High Court on Friday took up a hearing on a petition filed by BJP seeking a CBI probe into Sai Ganesh's suicide. However, the trial was adjourned for two weeks.
It may be recalled that the BJP is claiming that Sai Ganesh died by suicide by claiming that the police have registered cases against him and harassed the deceased with the encouragement of the ruling TRS leaders.
It is learnt that in this context, the BJP leaders have filed a petition in the High Court seeking directions to the CBI to find out the reasons behind Sai Ganesh's suicide and to find out the truth about who was responsible for the death of Sai Ganesh.
