Sureshbabu gets benefit worth crores in the last minute

It is a surprise as to who will bag which movie in the Telugu film industry. However, Suresh Babu is one such lucky producer, who gets the chance to distribute a movie in the last minute and gets benefited. It may be recalled here that some time ago, a film titled ‘Pelli Choopulu’ faced the problem in the last minute and Sureshbabu came to their rescue and paid the money and bagged the distribution rights and there by gained over Rs 20 crore.

Very recently, ‘Guru’, a film of Venkatesh, faced the problems from financiers and Sureshbabu got the theatrical rights for the movie and is earning profits after the release of the movie. Few days before, Raghava Lawrence’s movie ‘Shivalinga’ suffered a similar problem and there were differences between the distributors and producer. Malkapuram Sivakumar was supposed to release the film and he had conducted the press briefings also with his money. He had also conducted the pre-release function on a grand scale.

In the last minute, Sivakumar dropped from the project. The producers fail to release the film and there are no morning shows at various places. At this juncture, Sureshbabu came to the producers’ rescue and pacified the situation and got the distribution rights. Now Sivalinga also became a hit earning good profits worth crores of rupees.
