Chinna Reddy nails Niranjan Reddy’s “lies”

Hyderabad, Dec.14 : Alleging that the TRS government was spreading misinformation on Kalwakurthy Lift Irrigation Project saying that it only constructed the project in the last two-and-a-half years, AICC secretary and Wanaparthy MLA G Chinna Reddy has made it clear that 88% of the project was completed during the previous Congress government and the credit goes to Congress only.

Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Wednesday, Chinna Reddy asked the TRS government to tell as to why it was supplying water through only two pumps if it completed the project. Why the TRS government was not revealing the information that it will supply water to some thousands of acres, he asked and alleged that the government was increasing the project estimations of Palamuru-Rangareddy project indiscriminately.

Suggesting that State Planning Commission vice-chairman Niranjan Reddy stop making personal allegations, Chinna Reddy asked the former to tell whether he spoke on any day about the project when he was in the TDP. He never spoke about Wanaparthy constituency when he was in TDP, he pointed out.

Making it clear that there was no truth in the allegation that he had share in the Krishnaveni Sugar Factory, he challenged Niranjan Reddy that he will register on his name if he proved his share in the sugar factory. Chinna Reddy said that he was striving hard continuously for the sake of Wanaparthy constituency. He alleged that Niranjan Reddy has the history of looting the cement and iron rods and constructed his house. Niranjan has the history of claiming subsidy tractors in the name of his daughter, he alleged and said that everyone in the Wanaparthy would tell about the history of Niranjan Reddy. Niranjan Reddy looted the resources of Wanaparthy for the election expenditure, he alleged and said that he never wrote any article extending support to the Pothireddypadu project.
