Cabinet Reshuffle is on the Cards in AP and Telangana

A cabinet reshuffle is expected in both the Telugu states. Both the CMs are planning to inject defectors into the new cabinet. Already, CM KCR drew flak from opposition for inducting Talasani Srinivas Yadav, elected on TDP ticket, into the cabinet. A case was filed in High Court challenging the same by the TDP. AP CM Naidu will most likely trigger the cabinet reshuffle gun after Diwali. He is planning to inject defectors from YSRCP into cabinet. The maximum limit of members for AP to have in the cabinet is 26 and currently there are 20 members in the cabinet. Naidu is in the opinion to drop some of underperforming ministers in the shuffle exercise. It is expected that Nara Lokesh will be injected in the cabinet. Bhuma Nagi Reddy, Jyothula Nehru are in the front of the race for ministries, if the cabinet gets reshuffled. In Telangana, CM KCR is in the mood to wait and watch for AP to make first move regarding injection of defectors into the cabinet. Telangana has a limit of 18 members to have in the cabinet. Erraballi Dayakar Rao and Gutta Sukendar Rest are in the front of the race, if the cabinet gets reshuffled.
