Kavitha sees conspiracies behind High Court status quo & Judges options

While the combined Andhra Pradesh was divided more than 2 years ago, the split of the AP High Court was kept pending, TRS MP Kavitha pointed out on Tuesday. Talking to the media, Kavitha said the Centre should act immediately on the Telangana lawyers demand for a split of the High Court. She pointed out that the Telangana had already decided to construct a building for the High court. Still there was no split, she said, adding she saw a conspiracy by AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in this regard. She further saw yet another conspiracy behind the High Court split and the options for the Judges. She said the Judges options was not fair. She was against politicisation of the High Court split. She asked Congress leaders why they were not making any statement on the High Court split.
