Bhatti chafes at BJP flaying Rahul
The Telangana unit BJP president, Kishan Reddy's advice to Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi to change his name to Rahul Afzal or Rahul Memon owing to his support to Central universities indulging in sedition has come in for strong condemnation by the Grand Old Party leaders in Hyderabad. Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Congress leader, on Thursday pointed out that in the very name of Gandhi there was patriotism. Instead he suggested to Kishan to change his name, without giving the alternative. Young Rahul had arrived in Hyderabad twice in rapid succession to sympathise with the fasting Hyderabad Central University students who caused trouble by eulogising Yakub Memon, the mass murderer of Bombay. The HCU has since returned to normal and the Jawaharlal Nehru University took over by taking up rank traitor Afzal Guru's cause.
