TRS tally crosses 100 in GHMC poll

Even before the TRS-BJP combine crossed the single digit of success, the ruling TRS exceeded 100 seats out of the 150 seats in the Greeater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation elections on Friday evening. The friendly party of the TRS, AIMIM, won 34 seats. The Congress won 3 seats to its credit. The TDP-BJP won the single digit seats of nine. Besides, their leading seats were being won over by the TRS as the counting reached the end. Except for bursting of crackers, the TRS supporters came out in large numbers and were seen dancing in the streets of Hyderabad. "KCR, KCR" chants rent the air.
