Dubbing artiste Shakuntala attempts suicide

Dubbing artiste of Tollywood Tota Shakuntala attempted suicide on Friday. She was immediately admitted to hospital where she is fighting for her life. Shakuntala's family stays at Krishnanagar in Hyderabad. The family has alleged that it was because of harassment by the president of the Dubbing Artistes Association that Shakuntala had resorted to the extreme step. Details from the police and hospital sources are awaited. Those getting choked in Tollywood are resorting to suicides. The respective associations are expected to reassure their members.
