Kerala Governor misses flight, complains against AI pilot

Kerala Governor P. Sadasivan missed Air India flight from Kochi to Tiruvananthapuram on Tuesday night. The pilot refused to take the governor on board owing to his coming late to the airport. The Governor explained that he had come to know that the flight would be delayed, so he came a bit late. The pilot would have none of it. He took off. As a result the governor had to cancel his trip and spend the night in Kochi. Just imagine the sequence of events as in a film... Angered by Sadasivan's missing flight, the Governor's office has complained to the Civil Aviation Ministry as in the sequence cited and called for strict action against the pilot. Kochi airport authorities have pooh-poohed the dream sequence. They clarified that the flight had taken off much before the Governor had indeed arrived at the airport. No wonder dream sequences are so well picturised, be it Bollywood or Tollywood, or for that matter Kollywood, because of the masala that is added to an event and projected as reality.
