BJP MLA angry over House disruptions
The frequent disruption of the proceedings in the State Assembly incensed Vishnukumar Raju, BJP MLA, on Friday. At one point, he challenged the YCP MLAs, who then surrounded the Speaker's podium and raised slogans, to give him `just 2 minutes' to show what's what. Raju said MLAs should behave in the Assembly and avoid street smart tactics. The House should honour the views of the others, whether they are ruling or opposition MLAs. Raising mayhem at every stage would not do. He further said there should be a structured dialogue in the Assembly. First matters should be discussed in a cool manner and then points raised.
