TS to auction 3.25 acres govt land on Nov 17 in first phase
Hyderabad, Oct 31: Telangana government is proposing to auction 3.25 acres of government land located at 10 different locations in the first phase beginning on November 17, sources said. Government is offering lands that are free from any litigation and also fixed the base price based on the market value. The base value fixed at various locations are as follows: Nandi Nagar (Rs 1 lakh per Sq Yard) and Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills (Rs 75,000 to 80,000 per Sq. Yard). The land auctions will be done under the supervision of Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC). Over a period of time, the state government proposes to generate a revenue of Rs 3,000 crore.
