Ambati Rambabu slams Chandrababu on capital expenditure

Hyderabad, Oct 26: YSR Congress Party official spokesperson Ambati Rambabu today slammed Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for 'misusing' the over Rs 450 crore for the foundation stone laying ceremony of Amaravati. Speaking to media, Rambabu today demanded a white paper on the expenditure incurred for the foundation stone ceremony. He asked the government whether it was necessary to spend hundreds of crores of rupees for the foundation ceremony. The YSRCP leader alleged that Chandrababu gave excessive importance to Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for his personal gain in the note-for-vote case. Showing respect to KCR is not going to benefit the development of the state, Ambati added.
