Amaravati Foundation: Time Capsule to preserve 'Sankalpa Patralu'

Guntur, Oct 16: People in Andhra Pradesh can write their opinions on the new capital Amaravati on 'Letters of Resolve' (Sankalpa Patralu). The 'Sankalpa Patralu' would preserved in a Time Capsule for future generations. The Time Capsule will be placed beneath the pylon that will be unveiled at Uddandarayunipalem on the foundation-stone laying ceremony of the new capital on Dasara. People can freely express their opinions expectations and facilities in the capital city. They can express dissent on the plans approved by the government. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is urging the people to give Sankalpa Patralu and to donate a brick or cash equal to that for construction of capital city so as to make people partners in the construction of new capital.
