DK Aruna challenges Harish to an open debate

Hyderabad, July 26: Senior Congress leader and Gadwal MLA DK Aruna challenged Irrigation Minister Harish Rao for an open debate on development of Mahabubnagar district. She accused the TRS government of neglecting pending irrigation projects in Mahabubnagar district. Speaking to the media here, Aruna alleged that the government has not granted funds even for the projects which were near completion. Aruna said that Ministers had not consoled the kin of farmers who had committed suicide. KCR announced that Palamuru-Ranga Reddy Lift Irrigation scheme will be completed in three years. He should rub his nose in the ground, if he fails to meet the deadline, she said.
